DAH offers state of the art equipment available for their program including NxStage. We have been working with NxStage for almost four years and have seen significant changes in our patient’s wellbeing and health. Dialysis At Home combines hands-on clinical care, technical services, and the delivery of dialysis supplies to clients with chronic kidney disease. Our team of caregivers, technicians and other professionals are specially trained in dialysis care and kidney disease management. Our special program of care lets Dialysis At Home clients maintain a relationship with their own kidney doctor, who directs their healthcare with the assistance of a care-management team. We are pleased to able to provide these services to people who want more convenient dialysis in a safe environment, at a time of their choosing, and with outcomes that allow a more normal life with less risk of hospitalization, or abbreviated lifespan.
